Template Details

No matter how big your tasks are, we are ready to help you break them into affordable pieces and solve it. Use Tracup to create a great plan for your sprint! For both speakers and participants, a sprint planning template would make them concentrate on the sprint more.

Why do we need a Sprint Planning template?

The team’s objectives and the scope of the sprint are established with the aid of sprint planning, which is crucial. The team may stay on track by taking the time to lay out what needs to be done and avoiding getting bogged down with chores that are unrelated to the sprint goal.

A sprint usually is no longer than an hour, sometimes even less than 30 minutes. Therefore, an organized sprint planning sheet is crucial for the meeting holder and participants.

  • For the speaker, a sprint planning template could help them list several important points that will be mentioned during the sprint. They can also highlight the most important parts to emphasize, or underline least important things. Jump over the least important parts in case you run out of time.
  • For participants, a sprint planning template would help them follow the speaker. There will always be some distraction during a meeting, a written sheet would make sure they don’t fall behind.

How to use this template?

To help you get started, we’ve included some sample material in this template. However, to make this project uniquely yours, you should add tasks, alter task titles, add new Custom Fields, and edit any other information. You can finish this assignment when you’re ready to start working or keep it in your project for quick access to our advice below.

  • Utilize Custom Fields to make tracking priorities and expenses simple.
  • To plan out your sprint tasks and make sure you can fit in all of your prioritized work, click the Calendar View of your project. To specify due dates and dependencies, alter your tasks from “Expired Date.”
  • Start a project message and ask coworkers to respond with priorities and impediments to cut down on stand-up meetings.
  • You can save tasks in both projects without repeating effort if they are pertinent to your sprint in other projects.
  • Set the start and end dates for your sprint in Progress View to make the duration of your sprint obvious.
