It’s crucial to consider which features should be developed and which ones should receive top priority. Tracup couldn’t be more happier to help you figure this out!
Choosing which features to create and how to prioritize which things to build first is a choice that many businesses or product teams frequently deal with. Others frequently believe that in order to create better products, they must add more features, yet there are occasions when the reverse might be more advantageous.
The correct features may improve your product immensely, the wrong ones can turn it into a feature graveyard, and adding too many can cloud your product’s image in the eyes of your target market. It’s crucial to consider which features should be developed and which ones should receive top priority.
With a checklist of everything you need to accomplish from spec through launch, this template may help you get the process started. To keep things on track, invite your team to the project, assign tasks, and include due dates.
We have created 6 status you might use during the feature building: Spec,Design, UX Copy, Implementation, Translation, Launch. If you have more ideas about any status, feel free to add from settings.
Also, we simply set task types into 3 categories: Feature, Bug, and Task. You might have more opinions on how to identify your tasks, do so!
Finally, don’t forget to assign those work to your colleagues and set priorities, they are your strongest backs!
