This is helpful to survey project team members after a project has launched to understand where optimizations in the workflow can be made.
The column summary makes it simple to view the average rating for each category you’re evaluating, and you can use those ratings to decide what will be discussed at post-mortems, focusing in particular on the areas with the lowest ratings and the most opportunity for improvement.
Having a label column for the department column allows team members to select their department from a drop-down menu on the form. This label column may also be used to filter results on the main table later by department.
Only certain team leaders would be able to see who submitted each form if the creation log column was utilized with view limitations, allowing them to customize their teams’ workflows based on which team members are scoring the process highest and lowest.
