After my reviews here about this company, one of the managers reached out to me by name Mr. Frank, he was able to turn things around and corrected the error on my brochure even though I had to still pay for reprinting of the work, I did not mind which I did and they are reprinting the work as I write this new review. At this point, this is what I can say but will come back after I get my new brochure. For Mr. Frank to go the extra mile to correct the mistake earlier made, is a step forward in the right direction. After I get the hard copy of my work, would come here to give my final reviews. 2022/06/16
