Quarterly business review (QBR) meetings demonstrate to internal and external stakeholders the effect and value of your team’s work. However, simply walking through a presentation is insufficient. With a well-planned, accessible agenda, you can engage your audience and make the most of your time together. Starting with our template provides you with a planned blueprint to save time ahead of time. You may use it throughout the meeting to track opportunities and action items to ensure success by the next QBR meeting.

Planning tips for QBR meetings using our agenda template

  • Cover the most important subjects. Make sure you address relevant issues by soliciting feedback from participants ahead of time. You can gather it using a survey or form that is directly linked to your meeting agenda project.
    Share your agenda in advance. Share your agenda and update it as required to keep the meeting on track before it ever begins. Ensure that key materials are easily available and that presenters are aware of the requirements.
  • Timebox agenda items. Set explicit time restrictions for speakers to ensure that you cover everything on your agenda and keep the debate on track.
  • Keep a record of action items and queries. QBR sessions produce future questions and opportunities. Create tasks to track action items and questions as they occur, so you can follow up on them once the meeting is over.

Do you need to perceive project details in a new light? You may filter and organize your project to show tasks by assignee, task status, Custom Fields, and other criteria. You may also explore the project view tabs, which are located directly beneath the project title.

Track action items throughout your meeting so you can follow up on next actions right away.
