Here are some tips for using this template

• To do list: here, new tasks are placed. When you’re ready to start other lists, change the status of it.
• In progress: these are the projects you are presently engaged on. With higher importance.
• Ongoing: this list contains the projects you have begun working on but won’t finish straight immediately. With lower importance.
• Focus: anything significant. This could be a target project or close delivery date.
• Done: Congrats on your accomplishments! Leave record for future support or continuity.
