An employee directory is a place where crucial data for each team member of a firm is kept. Employee basic identity, contact details, and work title are frequently included in employee directories. Some businesses give their employees’ personal details including brief bios and interesting facts.
Rich information in your employee profiles and staff directory enables your team to stay connected and engaged. A person’s profile will show you their recognition from peers, the groups or teams they are a part of, their reporting structure, and any future milestones in addition to all the useful information they have chosen to provide.
The number of employees you list in your directory is entirely up to you. Include every individual that works for your company, from part-time workers to C-suite executives, to foster a warm and inclusive workplace culture.
You could want to think about password-protecting their individual contact information for some executive-level roles or only giving out the contact information for the person who manages their calendar.
